1. Service Description

SphereSync is a relationship management platform that helps mortgage lenders and real estate professionals stay in touch with their sphere of influence through automated, personalized messages. By using SphereSync, you agree to these terms.

2. Messaging Program

SphereSync sends SMS and email messages on your behalf to contacts you have added to the platform. By using our messaging features:

  • You confirm that your contacts have an existing relationship with you and have provided their contact information directly to you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
  • Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for help.
  • Message frequency varies based on your configured touch cadences.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SphereSync to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to people who have not had a prior relationship with you.
  • Send spam, misleading, or deceptive content.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any individual.

4. Subscription and Billing

SphereSync is a paid subscription service billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@spheresync.app.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of SphereSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or your contacts' data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

SphereSync is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
